Ask for useful feedback
Share a lighting test, frame or sequence alongside the visual intention and practical constraints. Compare approaches to contrast, movement, composition and maintaining a consistent look across a scene.
SUMMUM FOR CINEMATOGRAPHERS
A creative community
for cinematographers.
Share visual work, exchange practical feedback, and connect with directors, editors, colorists and crew.
WHO YOU CAN MEET
Connect beyond your own discipline.
BRING YOUR CRAFT
Give the image its production context.
Connect across disciplines
Exchange ideas with directors and production designers, and discuss how footage travels through editing, grading and VFX. These conversations can clarify handoffs between departments.
Find relevant creative assets
Explore available LUTs, reference materials and production documents. A LUT is not a substitute for a color-managed workflow; read the intended color space and compatibility details.

A little more context.
Is Summum tied to a camera brand or production level?
No. You can discuss visual storytelling across equipment and budgets. Include relevant camera, lens and lighting context when it helps someone understand your question.
Do I need a paid Community membership to buy assets?
No. Marketplace browsing is public. Buying or selling requires a Summum account, but not a paid Community membership. The Community and Marketplace are separate parts of Summum.
