Can compositors and generalists both join?
Yes. Summum welcomes different VFX specialisms. Describe your role and the shot context so discussions can be specific rather than assuming everyone uses the same pipeline.
Do I need a paid Community membership to buy assets?
No. Marketplace browsing is public. Buying or selling requires a Summum account, but not a paid Community membership. The Community and Marketplace are separate parts of Summum.
