1. Platform role
Summum provides listing, checkout, moderation, order, and secure-delivery infrastructure. Sellers remain responsible for their assets, descriptions, pricing, rights, tax obligations, and customer-facing claims. Payment onboarding is handled by the marketplace payment provider.
2. Listing safety
Files remain quarantined until automated security scanning and platform moderation pass. A clean scan reduces risk but is not a guarantee. Summum may block, remove, or re-scan an asset and may request additional evidence.
3. Fees and payouts
Summum takes a 10% platform fee from each marketplace sale. The seller bears the payment provider's processing fees under the direct-charge model, so the seller's net is the price minus the 10% fee and variable processing costs. Payout timing and availability depend on the seller's connected payment account.
4. Orders and delivery
Access is granted only after a signed provider webhook and server-side order verification. Secure links expire and may have download limits. Buyers should keep their order record and independently back up lawfully downloaded assets.
5. Moderation, reports, and refunds
Users may report infringement, unsafe content, fraud, or material misdescription. Summum may quarantine a listing while reviewing evidence. Refund outcomes are owner-reviewed, subject to mandatory law and provider rules.
