REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Clear choices,
reviewed fairly.
VERSION 2026-09-13
Statutory withdrawal
Withdraw from a purchase using the online notice and confirmation function. No reason is required. A downloadable standard form and email alternative are available there. This is separate from cancelling future renewal. Applicable consumer withdrawal rights are not conditional on discretionary owner approval.
1. Community cancellation
Monthly and yearly members may cancel online from their member dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewal and access normally continues until the paid period ends. A cancellation confirmation is recorded and sent promptly. Lifetime, founding, and complimentary access do not renew.
2. Failed payments
Eligible paid Community memberships may remain accessible for a 20-day grace period after a failed renewal. We may retry payment and send service notices. If payment remains unresolved, access stops at the end of day 20 unless an audited owner override applies.
3. Refund requests
Members and marketplace buyers can submit a refund request from their account. Reasons and supporting details are optional. Requests enter an owner-only review queue. Discretionary refunds are assessed individually; statutory rights are assessed under the applicable law, not as a goodwill exception. Provider and legal restrictions still apply.
4. Digital content
Where immediate digital delivery is requested, checkout may ask for express consent to begin supply and acknowledgment that the statutory withdrawal right can be lost once the download starts. This does not remove rights relating to faulty, misdescribed, unavailable, unsafe, or unlawfully supplied content.
5. Marketplace outcomes
Completed downloads are normally final, but buyers may request review for duplicate charges, inaccessible or corrupt files, material misdescription, rights concerns, malware, or another legally protected reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and recorded in the payment ledger.
