Submit a withdrawal notice here. No reason is required. This is separate from stopping the next subscription renewal, and does not remove your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed content.

Use the reference from your purchase record or receipt. Your notice must relate to a purchase on your signed-in account.

Your cooling-off right

For consumer service and digital-content contracts concluded online, the usual withdrawal period is 14 days from conclusion of the contract. Exceptions and extended periods may apply. We do not reject a notice automatically because 14 days have passed.

Starting Community access does not by itself remove your withdrawal right. Payment for service already supplied can be due only where the legal conditions are met. For digital downloads, loss of the withdrawal right requires the applicable express consent, acknowledgment and confirmation; statutory rights for defective content remain.

Where withdrawal entitles you to reimbursement, it must be made within the applicable statutory deadline, normally 14 days after notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without a fee.

Alternative withdrawal form

You may use this standard form, but you do not have to. An unambiguous email notice is also sufficient. If you cannot access your account, email support@summumeditor.net. Keep a copy of your notice.
