Publishing requires a verified account, completed payment onboarding, the rights declaration, the standard licence, fee disclosure, and security policy acceptance.

1. Your declarations

You confirm that you created or control every right needed to sell the asset, previews, branding, audio, fonts, models, data, and other included material. You must disclose material third-party dependencies and may not submit pirated, deceptive, illegal, privacy-invasive, or harmful content.

2. Platform licence

You grant Summum a non-exclusive licence to store, scan, transform previews, display, market within the service, deliver to verified buyers, preserve transaction evidence, and retain copies needed for completed buyer licences, disputes, backups, and law.

3. Commercial terms

You set the base price. Summum deducts 10%. Under the selected direct-charge payment flow, the connected seller account bears variable processing fees, refunds, and chargebacks as set by the payment provider. Estimated net figures are informational until the provider posts the final transaction.

4. Security and moderation

Uploads are quarantined, scanned, and reviewed. You may appeal a suspected wrongful security flag. Summum can suspend selling or remove listings while rights, fraud, safety, payment, or compliance issues are reviewed.

5. Tax and records

You are responsible for information and obligations that legally apply to you as seller. Summum and the payment provider may retain and report transaction information where required.
