1. Permission
The buyer receives a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and adapt the asset in personal and commercial end projects while the end product is materially different from the source asset.
2. Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, publish, or make the source asset available as a standalone file, template, library, bundle, generator, competing marketplace item, or download. You may not claim authorship of the source asset or use it unlawfully.
3. Teams and clients
You may share the source only with collaborators who need it for your licensed end project and who agree to protect it. The source may not become a reusable organisational library without a future licence expressly permitting that use.
4. Survival
A lawful licence for a completed purchase normally survives later listing removal, subject to refunds, fraud, infringement, court orders, and mandatory law.
