1. Delivery
Digital access begins only after the payment provider confirms the transaction to Summum's signed webhook endpoint. A browser success screen alone does not create an entitlement.
2. Immediate performance
Where applicable, you may be asked to expressly request immediate supply before the cooling-off period ends and acknowledge that beginning the download can end the withdrawal right. The checkbox is never preselected and its version and timestamp are recorded.
3. Compatibility
Listings must describe relevant file formats, software requirements, versions, dependencies, and limitations. Buyers should check these before purchase. Material mismatch can be raised through the refund workflow.
4. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights concerning faulty, unavailable, unsafe, infringing, or misdescribed digital content.
